Sports Physicals will be offered at Norfolk schools at various times throughout the year.  Please check the NPS Athletics website for the updated schedule.
Physical (cost $20 cash only)

Come dressed appropriately for your sport and bring water bottles.

In order to participate all students will be required to have the following:

1. Eligibility: Pass 2021/22 school year.

2. Concussion Education: must be on file with the Athletic Director (AD)
3. Covid Education: must be on file with the AD
4. Cardiac Arrest Form: must be on file with the AD
